Anhui Xitai Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., located in the Sanshan Economic Development Zone of Wuhu City, Anhui Province, was established in 2016. It is one of the earliest enterprises in China to engage in the research, development, and production of silicon-based OLED display devices. The company's vision is to "strive to become a leader in the semiconductor microdisplay industry." The company produces high-resolution silicon-based OLED microdisplays ranging from 0.2" to 2", which combine semiconductor and OLED technologies and are primarily used in spatial computing terminal devices such as VR/AR/MR. The Xitai Technology Wutao silicon-based OLED microdisplay project covers an area of approximately 287 acres, with a construction area of 121,000 square meters, and a total project investment of 6 billion yuan. To date, over 200 million yuan of investment has been completed, with the 6-inch production line being completed and put into operation in June 2020. The 12-inch production line is being constructed in three phases, with the first phase now officially entering mass production. In terms of core equipment, CIM systems, and logistics automation, the production line has been deeply cooperated and customized with world-class international manufacturers. In the next two years, it will be one of the leading production lines in the global silicon-based OLED industry in terms of hardware and software configuration, automation level, and capacity planning. As of now, Xitai Technology has formed an "8+12" inch production line combination. The second phase of the 12-inch production line in Nanchong has been initiated, the first phase of the module base in Zhoushan is in mass production operation, the second phase of the module and complete machine project in Meishan, and the global IC research and development center have been successfully signed. The early planning is progressing in an orderly manner, laying a solid foundation for future capacity expansion.
