On the morning of December 31, 2025, the topping out ceremony of Xitai Technology's Nanchong 12 inch silicon-based OLED microdisplay industrial park project was held in Jialing District, Nanchong, marking an important milestone in the construction of the project and a solid step towards full production. Mr. Zhao Zhengtao, Vice Chairman of Xitai Technology, led the Xitai Technology management team, project team members, and representatives of design, construction, and supervision units to attend the ceremony.
The Xitai Technology Nanchong 12 inch silicon-based OLED microdisplay industrial park project will start construction in March 2025, covering an area of 125 acres and a total construction area of approximately 60000 square meters. The production line will adopt advanced global semiconductor equipment and software systems, and integrate AI quality inspection, digital twin and other technologies. The focus will be on building Xitai Technology's second 12 inch silicon-based OLED production line, engaged in the production of silicon-based OLED microdisplay devices. The project is designed to have a monthly production capacity of 6K wafers and is expected to achieve product lighting by the end of 2026, with mass production in the second quarter of 2027.
The successful completion of this project marks a milestone achievement in the construction of the industrial park and another solid step for Xitai Technology's industrial layout in the field of micro displays.
